Your privacy,
protected by design

Massroufy collects no personal data. Everything stays on your device — no account, no server, no tracking, no ads.

1. Data stored on your device

Your accounts, transactions, budgets, categories, reminders and receipt photos are stored only in your browser's or phone's local storage (IndexedDB). They never leave your device unless you choose to export a backup yourself.

2. No account, no tracking

Massroufy requires no sign-up or login. No analytics, advertising or third-party trackers are included. We do not know who you are, and we never will.

3. Permissions

  • Notifications: only for your local reminders, if you enable them.
  • Camera / photos: only to attach a receipt, at your request.

No location, contacts or identity data is requested.

4. Backups and exports

Backup files (JSON) and transaction exports (CSV) are created by you and remain under your control. If you choose to share or store them elsewhere, that is your decision.

5. Deleting your data

You can delete your data at any time in Settings → Data, by uninstalling the app, or by clearing the site data in your browser.

6. Website hosting

This page and the web version are static files. The hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (IP address, date, browser type) for security and operation. Massroufy has no access to those logs and does not link them to any financial data.

Important: Because Massroufy stores data locally only, clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app will erase your data unless you have exported a backup first.
